We know you can’t get a real feel for a home by just clicking through floor plans on a website. That’s why at Coach Corral we have the largest collection of completely built and decorated homes for our clients to walk through, touch, and really get to know.

Our Home Roundup is unique in the manufactured home community. You can drop by anytime we’re open, grab a Home Roundup map, and walk through our more than 12 different model homes at your leisure. Open the cabinets, look in the closets, measure the bedrooms – you can even climb into a bathtub if you want (just no water, please)!

A Home Specialist is usually available to answer your questions, and you can make an appointment if they’re busy at the time of your visit.

Do I need an appointment?

No, you can drop by anytime during our open hours. If you want to speak with a Home Specialist, and they are busy helping another customer, you can schedule a time to meet with them.

Why would I want an appointment?

Our Home Specialists are often booked in advance, and we don’t want to disappoint anyone. If you want to simply tour our Home Roundup you can just visit us during business hours, but if you’d like to talk in more detail please contact us in advance to make an appointment. 

Are home prices available?

Prices will vary based on location, delivery mileage, and options, but we do provide an accurate price range for each home model on our map.

What do I need to have before I start the home buying process?

In order to get the process going, you’ll need to have a property that you plan to build on, a general timeline for when you want to be in your new home, and a good idea of what your overall budget will be.

Can you help me with permits and site development (water, sewage, power, etc.)?

Yes! Coach Corral has years of experience in permitting and development, and can work with you, the county, and with utility companies to get you into your new home as painlessly as possible. 

Do your prices include delivery and installation?

Yes, our prices include delivery up to 50 miles, and all installation processes.

How long will it take to get into my new home?

The answer to that will depend on a number of factors. Once we have information from you about the site, what needs to be completed, and what options and features you have chosen, we can give you a good estimate of your move-in date.
