Park Model Cottages

This is a collection of plans available that meet the Park Model Recreational Vehicle code. Limited to less than 400 sq ft these make great vacation homes or small dwellings and can usually be placed without needing a building permit. When working with a small lot or where permits are an issue these small homes can be the perfect solution.
