When adding a fourth bedroom to the home it can often times take away from other spaces such as the family room or living area.  This is not the case with this floor plan.  This is a “have your cake and eat it too” design as it has room for a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and a 18′ X 17′ family room located on the west.  The home is divided by an enormous kitchen with center island big enough to get ten people around it.  Located on the west end are three guest rooms with living, dining, and a guest bathroom.
